We recognised, in consultation with suppliers, clinicians, employees and management at other hospitals, that creating a culture of engagement was essential to our strategic success. We have created opportunities for stakeholders to be engaged in the design and development of the hospital.
An efficiently managed hospital will reduce the cost of healthcare. Our strategy is to shift the focus from a message of cost to a message which ensures all stakeholders understand we operate the hospital efficiently at all levels of engagement.
